The provision of capacities for job order production is an essential component of our component production unit. In addition to processing individual orders, we are also highly interested in long-term and sustainable collaborations.
We realise your specific markings on your components. We use our specifically-manufactured laser marking units for completing jobs for marking a multitude of different materials, batch sizes and part geometries.
From high-quality event inscriptions on metals of all types to elaborate, modern design markings on varnished plastics. Tools, jewellery, medical devices, automotive components, as well as a multitude of other objects, can be marked in top quality in small and large series. Even uncommonly-shaped work pieces and particularly-demanding materials are machined in detailed quality at minimum cycle times. You don’t need to ensure that your marking is applied to an even surface. Lasers with 3D optics machine bevels, spheres, but also free-form surfaces, as distortion-free as an even surface.
You simply authorise the type face according to a sample, and we will start marking the full batch size. Determination of parameters, any carriers for your parts, as well as program adaptations, are included and goes without saying.
